For those that are quitting week-end can be hard. Things to do is go to a movie, go to the mall, take naps, find a project to work on, come here and read, go for a walk if possible. Hang out in places where there is no smoking allowed. Carry your list of why you want to quit with you. On one of my quits I put a rubber band on my wrist and when I thought about smoking I would snap it, ouch :eg: Whatever you do don't put yourself in a place where cigarettes are available and you will be fine.
Keep the Quit

The weekend will be difficult...I usually take my Mom shopping and do any cleaning she needs done...then I head home and relax...usually with a coffee and smokes. I will pick out a new knitting project when I am in the stores....that will help!

The weekends are often a time for many to kick off their shoes and rest after a long work week. For others, the weekend can present a world of challenges and triggers that can make it difficult to stick to your goal.
What challenges will you face this weekend? How are you preparing to meet those challenges?
