Hi there. If they are not bad dreams, then I would suggest to continue with those as those dreams can help ease pain at times. When I have my dreams, it gives me hope. They tend to give me depression too but at least I can have some hope that these dreams will be real 1 day. Will CBT Help? I am not sure to be honest because I am still trying to find my calling.
