Hi glasgow guy!! We quit smoking just 1 day apart, me on the 7th and you on the 8th. I am using the nicotine inhaler, but have been using it in the mornings mostly. Am starting to think about weaning myself off the inhaler. I feel good and no cravings for the most part. This site has been great and alot of help getting through this.
Take care glasgow and have a smoke free day!!!
