Needing a little support

Serenity,

Your right!  Situations that your previously smoked in will set off a trigger!

Knowing is half the battle!

So get out your coping mechanisms and be ready for anything!

You are very strong..just look at your stats!

Hello SerenityNow  At 534 days smoke free most people would think that you should be "over it" by now. At that time I know that I was far from over the head games or specifically the chatter from the committee. It takes some longer than others but it does and will get better. I made the mistake one time of thinking that I could control it but I know that I have to remember N.O.P.E. You've done amazing and have come so far to even think about going back. Don't glamourise that first cigarette because guaranteed the ones after are gonna taste like s**t. Remember ? They say insanity is repeating the same behaviour and expecting different results. See past the immediate and perhaps think about a new reward. You're the most important person here. breather

So I know that I have a significant amount of days under my belt and I should have this sealed. But for whatever reason lately I've been feeling those cravings returning. I really don't think I'll relapse but I think this warm weather and patios and everything else is just causing me to feel weak.

Any words of support are highly welcome!
