Hypnosis

HI everyone, Just wanted to give an update. I went and had a few sessions with a hypnotist and found it to not really do much. I think I was not really willing to relax and let it work. My mind was to busy going off in a million direction worrying I would not wake up etc. She did however teach me a little about self hynosis which is really just another way of mediating. It is super relaxing and helpful when you anxious in focusing your mind on other things. I would recommend looking into it for anyone interested.

Hi there, yes I tried hypnosis at a time when I was looking for that @miracle cure' ! It seems anyone can indeed be hypnotised ( I wasn't sure that I could be ).My expectations were too high I think, but it did help me learn more about how to relax, unwind. Make sure its a reputable hynotherapist, don't have huge hopes like I did for a cure, but use it as one of the many tools that we can use. Its a growing discipline, so try it !!!! Good luck

Jennifer, Check with your doctor to see if this an option for you. The members will also be able to share their experiences with you. Take the time to try the program and see the difference it can make :) Keep Strong, Josie _______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

Hi everyone, Has anyone heard anything or tried hypnosis to help with their anxiety? It is something I am really considering and would appreciate any feedback. Thank you!
