Lee, there is so much symbolism with water. It flushes the nicotine away. The bottle keeps your hands busy. Drinking helps with cravings. You've got it going! Congratulations on surving Day 3! You're on your way to becoming a non smoker! We're all rooting for your continued success!

Hell Week- perfect name-I am having a craving right now and all of you help me cope with this demon. Today is my 3rd day, and I am still holding firm. I will not bow down to the temptation. Toting a water bottle really helps the craving and changing your mind set also to something different when you have the urge, seems to help. I am chewing Nicorette Gum, and there is a certain way to use it, which actually changes things up for you---------------its great for me, and I know it is working, because in the past I have tried and failed on the Patch,Wellbutron, & Chantix. Thanks for listening!!!!!!!!!!!Lee
