Carrie, sounds like you are continuing to treat yourself like royalty! I like your rewards! Simple things, but boy do they mean alot! A healthy dinner. A few small things for your home. Do whatever you need to do to tell your brain that you don't need to smoke to be happy! Keep taking it one day at a time, keep saying NOPE, and you'll go far! And a huge WOOHOO back atcha!
