I don't know I just thought I want to have a better life for myself and my kids.  If I am not smoking I should do all those other things that physically I could not do before.  Riding a bike or running would have been uncomfortable if not impossible before I quit smoking.  I am now trying to get my friends to join me this summer and do a 5k run.  Hopefully these goals will also stop me from wanting to start again in the future.
My Mileage:

My Quit Date: 11/23/2009
