Sparky you are doing Great and 5 weeks is a big deal..I am sure Dewey is very proud of you today..I think I might understand what you mean about this quit needing to be yours..When my husband passed in 2003 I came to realize it was time to work on me and take care of me..You just keep doing what your doing, taking care of you and Your Quit now..Be proud, as you should be because you deserve this..You will be at the those 50 days before you know it but keep on posting most every day for that first year..It really helps..

Very proud of you, Sparky. It sounds like a bittersweet milestone for you today.

Remember that it's OK to shed tears of both joy and pain. They are free, nonaddictive, and won't make you sick. You can do it this time. We are rooting for you.

Kinda mixed today. Four months ago Dewey passed away and today I have 5 weeks smoke free. When I get to 50 days I will let my celebrations go into months :-) But this is a big deal for me.I know Dewey would be pleased, but this quit has to be mine.  I have tried so many times and this is my final quit because I am a non-smoker.

Keep theQuit
