Glad this got bumped, what a good idea for a thread :) We can never go back but we can definitely learn from those who have been there, no matter how many times, lol.

I LOVE these -- how great that I did everything on Rusty's list except stay home from work (its Sunday) and give a treat every hour (but I have had a few rewards). Great thread! Can't wait to read tomorrow for my Day Two
Well even though my wife is about ready to kill me, I have just about made it through day one. Actually I have made it through day one, because I have no cigarettes in the house, and I am too worn out to drive to go get any. Some things I observed myself doing. When I was at work with nothing to do, I would catch myself beginning to walk outside. I caught myself and thought "wow that's odd." When I finished my supper tonight, I could almost feel myself smoking even though I wasn't. I thought that was odd too. After dinner I sat down, and watched a documentary. I'm feeling fine now, and I'm going to relax, and look forward to tomorrow. Day 2 here I come.
